Quiet worrying thoughts. Create more harmony & fun in your life.
Now, you’re ready to take a breath and find the guidance, insights, and tools you need to actually feel better.
From the outside, it probably looks like you’ve accomplished everything you’ve ever set out to do—and when you stop to think about it, you have. But even though you’ve worked incredibly hard, none of the things you’ve achieved have made the constant whirring of anxious thoughts stop.
Maybe you’ve been…
-
You often find yourself caught up in imagining every possible scenario or outcome when you’re stressed about a situation—and it’s exhausting. Sometimes, worries about something bad happening to you or your loved ones seemingly come out of nowhere. The things you picture feel so real; they take over your mind and have the potential to ruin your whole day.
-
Even when everything is supposed to be calm, your mind just won’t let you rest. It’s like your brain is constantly running on overdrive, making it feel impossible to truly unwind or be present with your loved ones.
-
In moments when stress is high or you’re expected to perform well, it’s like your mind just shuts down—everything goes blank, and suddenly, tears start to flow. The pressure can feel so overwhelming that your body reacts before you even have a chance to think.
-
You might leave a social gathering feeling good, but as soon as you’re in bed, your mind begins picking apart every little detail of the conversations you had. You lie awake worrying whether you said the wrong thing and trying to determine who you might’ve upset or offended.
-
You constantly find yourself wondering if your friends, partner, or colleagues really like you, or if they’re just being nice. Compliments make you uncomfortable, and deep down, there’s this nagging feeling that you’re not good enough or deserving of what you have.
My Approach
Let’s break your worries down into smaller pieces & slow those racing thoughts.
When we first sit down together, I'll take time to really get to know you—your history, what drives you, and what you value most. I'll ask questions to help us identify exactly where you're struggling, and whether what we’re dealing with is anxiety, panic, or something else entirely. Once we have a clear picture, we’ll work together to create a plan for addressing what we’ve uncovered in a way that’s tailored to your needs.
As we dive deeper,
We’ll explore how anxiety shows up in your life and examine the situations that trigger it. Through this, we can begin to discover new insights into what your anxiety is really trying to accomplish and why it exists. Sometimes, we find that anxiety served a necessary function at some point in your life to help you look out for and predict other people’s emotions or behaviors, but that it’s no longer helpful in the present. Together, we’ll customize strategies to help you manage it better and practice techniques for calming yourself in moments that would usually send you into panic mode.
Over time, I’ll help you recognize that worrying isn’t something that protects you or helps you to succeed, but rather something that hurts you. We’ll work to turn down the volume of anxious thoughts and learn to feel comfortable in this newfound quiet. Through this process, I want to help you understand yourself better and find what truly works for you, so you can move through life with more peace of mind and confidence.
Specialized therapy for anxiety can help you understand why you’re anxious & give you the tools to enjoy life again.

FAQs
-
Anxiety often feels like a constant sense of worry or fear, sometimes paired with physical symptoms like a racing heart or a tight chest. It can make you feel on edge like something bad might happen even when there's no clear reason why. If this sounds similar to your experience, therapy can help.
-
Anxiety can be managed very effectively, but it’s not usually something that’s “cured” in the traditional sense. Many people learn to reduce their anxiety significantly with therapy, lifestyle changes, and sometimes medication.
-
Anxiety can feel worse at night because the distractions of the day are gone, leaving more room for worries to creep in. When it’s quiet and you’re trying to relax, your mind might start racing, making it harder to wind down. Therapy can give you tools to manage these symptoms and relax at the end of the day.
